Booking with Hawa Georgia is simple and clear: you choose your package, confirm it with us on WhatsApp, and pay nothing before you arrive. This page explains how payment works, what the price includes and excludes, and your rights to cancel or change.
No prepayment
We ask for no deposit and no advance transfer. Your money stays with you until you arrive in Georgia and meet your driver. We confirm your booking on WhatsApp with your name, arrival date and flight number only.
How you pay
Car with hotels: the full package amount is paid on arrival, because we confirm the hotels on your behalf. Car with driver only: you pay daily, at the start of each day's tour when you set off. How to pay: cash in US dollars or Georgian lari inside Georgia; if you prefer to pay by card, it is by bank transfer to the company's official account only, never through card terminals or payment links. Prices are in US dollars.
What the price includes
A clean, air-conditioned private car with an Arabic-speaking driver for 8 to 10 hours a day, airport meet and greet on arrival and the transfer back on departure, all transfers between cities and the tours within them as in the programme, fuel, road tolls, parking and the driver's lodging, one SIM card with open internet for a week (one per booking), child seats and pushchairs on request, a direct WhatsApp line to our office in Tbilisi throughout the trip, and the driver's help with restaurant and activity bookings. With hotels: the rooms you chose from our approved hotels, with breakfast, confirmed to you before you arrive.
What the price excludes
Flight tickets, meals other than breakfast at the hotel, health and travel insurance, entrance tickets to sights, museums, cable cars and optional activities (such as rafting, paragliding and the balloon) which are paid on the spot, personal expenses and shopping, visa fees if any, and anything not expressly listed under what the price includes.
Children
Children under 5 stay free in the hotel with their parents. From 5 years, or any third person in a room, an extra bed is added; four people and more take two rooms, and you see the whole total. Child seats (infant and 1 to 3 years) and pushchairs are free on request before arrival.
Cancellation and changes
Because you have paid nothing in advance, cancellation is free and there are no fees. We only ask you to tell us 48 hours before departure when you book the driver only, and 72 hours before when hotels are booked with the programme, out of respect for the driver's and the hotels' schedules. Changes to dates, car or hotel are possible at any time, subject to availability.
