A Tbilisi airport transfer after midnight: how it actually works

Most direct flights from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman land in Tbilisi between midnight and 4 am. An airport hall at 3 am is no place to hunt for a car and negotiate its price.
