In the capital the Arabic-speaking driver becomes your city companion: the markets, the halal restaurants, the cable car to Narikala and the cafés on the river bank, all by private car with no taxis or apps. A hotel in the centre or near the markets is optional, and the price covers the whole car with all its costs.
