This page is a short reference to everything a traveller asks before booking with Hawa Georgia Travel: who we are, what we offer, what it costs, and how booking and payment work. The prices on it are today's prices from our price list and change by themselves when the list changes.
Who we are
- Hawa Georgia Travel is officially registered and licensed as a tour operator in Georgia, under number 415120808, with its office in Tbilisi.
- We serve Arab travellers from the Gulf and beyond, and answer in Arabic on WhatsApp +995 550 000 663 around the clock.
What we offer
- A private car with its own driver that stays with you for the whole trip, not a shared coach and not a taxi hailed each morning.
- Ready programmes from one day to 20 days, and day tours from Tbilisi and day tours from Batumi.
- Hotels, serviced apartments, cabins and chalets, airport pick-ups, and snow, family and honeymoon programmes.
- Cities: Tbilisi, Batumi, Kazbegi and Gudauri, Borjomi and Bakuriani, Kutaisi, Kakheti and Sighnaghi, Mtskheta, and Mestia.

The price is for the whole car with all its costs (the driver, fuel, road costs, parking and the driver's lodging), not per person, and it changes with the season. The price shown is today's, and we confirm it on WhatsApp before you book. The car costs 5% less from 7 days and 10% less from 14 days.
Hotels
The hotel is optional, 4-star or 5-star from our approved hotels, and you see the whole-stay total with breakfast, never a nightly price: six nights in a double room from USD 594 at a 4-star hotel and USD 1,194 at a 5-star hotel in low season. The hotel is fixed at confirmation by availability.
Two guests share a room, a third takes an extra bed, four guests and more take two rooms, and children under 3 stay free.
A whole trip, priced
A family of four for 7 days, with a minivan and an Arabic-speaking driver and a 4-star hotel in two rooms: USD 1,986 for the whole trip, about 7,448 Saudi riyals, in low season. Price your own trip in our Georgia trip cost calculator.
Airport pick-up
We meet guests at Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi airports. The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign carrying your name and follows your flight, waiting from its real landing time, with 60 minutes of free waiting after landing. The transfer from Tbilisi airport to your hotel in the city is USD 40 and from Batumi airport USD 40, by sedan, for the whole car. When you book a car with a driver for a day or more, the pick-up and the drop-off are included in the daily price.
Booking, payment and cancellation
- No deposit and no prepayment: you pay in Georgia after you arrive, and your booking is confirmed on WhatsApp with your name, arrival date and flight number.
- With hotels, the whole package is paid on arrival; with a driver only, each day is paid at its start.
- Payment is in cash in US dollars or Georgian lari, or by bank transfer to the company's official account.
- Cancellation and changes are free with 48 hours' notice for a driver-only booking and 72 hours' notice when hotels are included. The one exception is New Year's Eve: some hotels may ask for the room to be paid in advance, and we tell you before you confirm.
What the price includes and what it does not
- Included: the driver for 8 to 10 hours a day, all intercity transfers and city tours, fuel and parking, the driver's lodging, a SIM card with data for a week per booking, and child seats free on request.
- Not included: flights, meals other than the hotel breakfast, the health insurance Georgia requires for entry, and entrance tickets and optional activities, paid on the spot.
