Kutaisi Tour Packages

Kutaisi is the gateway to western Georgia: the lit Prometheus cave with its boat ride, the Martvili waterfalls and canyons, and the Gelati monastery on the hill. The programmes on this page either give it four days with the caves, pass through it on the road between Tbilisi and Batumi in the eight- and ten-day and longer programmes, or set off from it to Mestia and Svaneti.

The drive from Tbilisi takes about three hours in the private car, and the Arabic-speaking driver schedules the cave in the morning before the crowds and the waterfalls after a halal lunch. A hotel in the centre is optional, cave tickets are paid on the spot, and the price covers the whole car with all its costs.
