Trip Itinerary

1. Day 1: The day | The glass bridge over the canyon, then the trail to the waterfalls

   Nine in the morning, departure from your Tbilisi hotel southwards, with a short stop at the wide Tsalka lake on the way. We reach Dashbashi before noon and enter the park through its modern gate: first the walk over the glass bridge stretched above the canyon at more than two hundred metres, and a pause in the diamond café hanging at its middle for a coffee or juice with an unbelievable view down. Then the descent on the stepped wooden trail among the trees, about forty minutes to the canyon floor, where waterfalls pour from moss-covered walls into clear pools; free time for photos and for walking on the rocks. Those who wish climb back on foot; those who want a rest take the hillside lift. Lunch in the park's restaurant or in the town of Tsalka, then back to Tbilisi, reaching the hotel around six in the evening. Comfortable shoes and clothes that can take the waterfall spray are advised.
