Do Saudi citizens need a visa for Georgia?

Riyadh to Tbilisi: flights and timing
Direct flights operate from Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam to Tbilisi all year, and in summer to Batumi and Kutaisi on some days. The flight takes about 3.5 to 4 hours, and Georgia is one hour ahead of Saudi Arabia (UTC+4 against UTC+3), so there is no jet lag. Many flights land after midnight; our driver follows your flight number, waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign however late you land, and hands you a SIM for the week. Tbilisi airport is about 17 km from the centre, 25 to 35 minutes by car.
The best dates for Saudi holidays
Summer comes first: when Riyadh sits at 45 degrees in July, Tbilisi is at about 31 by day, Batumi at 27 to 28 and Kazbegi at 18 to 22. The school break, late June to late August, is the peak, usually a week combining Tbilisi, Kazbegi and Batumi; Georgia Weather by Month: When to Go and Why covers every month. The two Eid weeks are short and busy, and good hotels sell out early, so book the driver and the hotel together weeks ahead, still with no prepayment. The mid-year winter break suits snow in Gudauri (about 2,200 m) and Bakuriani (about 1,700 m), in season from roughly early December to early April, with the last week of December the busiest. National Day (23 September) and Founding Day (22 February) suit four days in Tbilisi and Kazbegi.
Georgia trip cost in SAR
Our car prices are fixed all year, with no Eid surcharge, and per car, not per person: the car with driver for 8 to 10 hours a day, including fuel, parking, airport transfers, a SIM card and child seats. Hotels are optional, from our approved hotels, and you see the whole-stay total with breakfast: six nights in a double room from 594 USD at a 4-star hotel and 1,194 USD at a 5-star hotel in low season, higher in high season; the hotel is chosen at confirmation by availability. Two worked examples: a sedan for 7 days is 565 USD after the 5% discount, about 2,119 SAR for the whole car; a minivan for six for 7 days is 665 USD, about 2,494 SAR for the whole car, not per person. Where to stay: Tbilisi, Batumi or the mountains
We do not name hotels, since the approved list changes with availability; the city matters more. Tbilisi is the base for the first two or three nights, with a day trip to Kazbegi (about 155 km, 3 hours) or nearby Mtskheta. Batumi on the Black Sea is the summer destination, about 370 km from Tbilisi, 5.5 to 6 hours by car, so plan at least three nights there; in winter Bakuriani, milder than Gudauri, suits young children best. For families we choose family-friendly hotels, adjoining rooms or suites when available, and the same driver stays with the family from airport to airport.
Halal food and prayer in Georgia
